These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply to your use of Big5’s online casino and sports betting services in Canada. Account responsibilities

Use our services lawfully and fairly. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, bonus abuse, using automated tools to place bets, money laundering, and providing false information. You must not attempt to open multiple accounts, exploit system errors, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform. We may take action - including closing accounts and reversing transactions - when rules are breached.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions, including welcome bonuses and free spins, are subject to specific promotion terms. Generally, wagering requirements are 40x the bonus value on offers up to 100% and 45x for offers above 100%. The maximum stake while bonus play is active is $5. Bonus funds and free-spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being claimed. Free spins are typically valued at $0.10 per spin. Cashback offers and reloads are governed by their specific terms and may carry turnover requirements.

Deposits and withdrawals
